Trouble checking your blind spots while driving? We’ve been seeing a lot of necks lately with limited range of motion. If this is you, try these active rotations. If it doesn’t help, give us a call
– Lie on your back without a pillow under your head, or seated in a chair with feet flat and shoulder blades down and back and looking forward.
– Turn your head so as to bring your chin towards your shoulder until you feel a stretch on the opposite side of your neck.
– Return your head to mid-line and repeat.
– This exercise can be performed lying down, sitting, or standing.
